Our Story
The InfoSecLive community was founded in 2021 and has grown to 5000 global members sharing ideas and best practises, with a focus on soft skills and board level communications expertise, the launch of our series on YouTube "The CISO Experience" has seen huge success with over 10,000 hours of our content being viewed with our founder Simon Linstead hosting the security industries leadership for lively and engaging discussions.
After speaking and listening to CISO's and industry leaders, who said they were bored of being "pitched to" at traditional events and wanted the focus to be on knowledge sharing and networking in a more informal setting, the community has delivered with our first event in February 2023 in Cambridge U.K.
Since then we have taken the series on tour to Tampa Bay (US), San Francisco (US) and Manchester back in the UK.
With events planned in London, Edinburgh, Bristol and Cardiff, we will also be back to the United States in Stafford Virginia, Tampa Bay, Las Vegas and Austin throughout 2023.

LEADERSHIP EVENTS
The CISO Experience Series provides an invaluable opportunity for CISO's and Business leaders to engage with their peers and thought leaders as they prepare for the next wave of security challenges.
It is a unique forum for CISO's and Board Members to learn from one another, share best practices, and discuss emerging trends in the industry.
Through networking, interactive discussions, and thought-provoking content, Leadership will gain the insights and tools they need to stay ahead of the curve and protect their organizations.
Our launch event in Cambridge U.K. had a focus on Incident response and a Q & A with the former CISO of The Bank of England, a Senior Leader from Telefonica and our event sponsor Cyber Scale, along with locally brewed Beer, Pizza and plenty of networking.
Our inaugural event in the United States, held in Tampa Bay, had an open mic debate hosted by leading prominent CISO, Steve Hindle with engagement from over 50 industry leading attendees.
